Get Listed as a Partner
We are thrilled to invite you to become a Community Event Partner for the ninth annual Queen West Art Crawl (QWAC) taking place on September 15 to 16, 2012. Art crawlers will stroll and shop along Queen Street West from Spadina to Roncesvalles as they check out the exciting events the festival has to offer. Each year, various locales are asked to participate as satellite locations for the Community Event Crawl.
What is involved in being a Community Event Partner?
- Cost of participation is $99 +HST
- Create your own art event (installation, performance etc.) in your place of business or showcase your current exhibition.
- All Community Event Partners will be listed on the Queen West Art Crawl website and in the 2012 expanded crawl guide. 80,000 Event Guides will be distributed on September 14th, reaching a receptive, relevant audience.
- Additional opportunities to have your logo placed on the Community Event map to further highlight your place of business
How to apply to become a Community Event Partner?
- Fill out the Community Event application form describing the events that you will be producing
- Send us your application form before August 1, 2012
