Food Vendors

We are excited to invite you to participate in the tenth Annual Queen West Art Crawl (QWAC).  Running from September 15-16 2012, the QWAC mandate is to strengthen the cultural fabric of the community by celebrating and cultivating the unique character, diversity and ethos of Queen West. As one of the city’s most precious cultural resources – Queen West is a natural habitat for individual artists, not-for-profit arts organizations, artist run centres as well as a dynamic range of creative enterprises and artists who live, work and play in the neighbourhood. 

As the festival has expanded over the last five years, the expected attendance of QWAC is expected to top: 80,000! Visitors stroll through Trinity Bellwoods Park, the main hub for the festival. At the Outdoor Arts Show & Sale, art crawlers will be able to connect with over 300 artists and shop at stalls filled with their jury-selected works.  QWAC also incorporates performance artists and an interactive kids zone for junior art crawlers. 

This year, we are working on major promotions to draw increased traffic to the event. You can also advertise in our event guide that is distributed in The Grid.to. And, most excitingly, we are upgrading and creating a recognizable home for food vendors places strategically near the Performance Zone. You’ll have better visibility and more patrons.   

Food Vendor Early Bird Fee before April 2, 2012 at 4pm is:

$400.00 + $52.00 HST = $452.00

Food Vendor General Fee before June 1, 2012 at 4pm is:

 $500.00 + $65.00 HST = $565.00

All application forms must be received no later than June 1, 2012 at 4pm.

Food Vendor Application Forms are linked below, please be sure to complete the Food Vendor 2012 QWAC and the Temporary Food Establishment Application Forms. QWAC reserves the right to accept or decline your application. Due to limited spaces available,  we encourage all vendors to apply as soon as possible.
