The hours when the mind is absorbed by beauty are the hours when we are truly alive. So I paint the joy of living, which at the same time brings happiness, peace and delight to those who look at my work. From the countries that I have traveled I draw inspiration from subject matter from objective facts and real scenery, forming an artistic response tot this outside stimulation to create images, which are both lyrical and contextual.
