Sarah Tacoma's works could best be described as "dreamscapes". These images are of neglected or forgotten places that still carry a quiet beauty and tell stories of the past. Her images are printed on fine art paper, distressed, painted into, and finally coated in resin or wax. As of late, Sarah's focus in on works based on Canadian Landscape. This move was inspired by a trip taken with her painter husband down the Labrador coast. With views more alluring than she ever imagined, she developed a new passion for Canadaand what it has to offer. This love can easily been seen in her work.
